Delivery Policy

At BKGIFTSHOPS.COM, we are committed to delivering your gifts safely and on time across Pakistan. Please review our delivery guidelines carefully.

Standard Delivery Timings

  • Free Standard Delivery: 12:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
  • Orders will be delivered anytime within this time window

In selected cities, midnight delivery is available with additional charges.

Same-Day Delivery

  • Available for orders placed before 2:00 PM (Pakistan Time)
  • Delivery will be completed by 10:30 PM on the same day

Orders placed after the cut-off time may still be accepted depending on availability, but extra delivery charges may apply.

Time-Specific Delivery

  • Available upon request with at least 24 hours’ notice
  • Additional charges apply

In case of a delay of more than 30 minutes, only the delivery charges will be refunded.

Delivery on Special Occasions

During peak events such as:

  • Eid
  • Valentine’s Day
  • Mother’s Day
  • New Year

Delivery timings will be:

  • 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM

⚠️ On such occasions:

  • Time-specific delivery is not available
  • Midnight delivery is not available

City Coverage

We offer:

  • Same-day, date-specific, and time-based delivery in major cities:
    • Karachi
    • Lahore
    • Islamabad
    • Rawalpindi

For other cities:

  • Delivery may be limited to main areas
  • Same-day delivery may not be available

Courier Deliveries (Non-Perishable Items)

For cities where same-day delivery is not available:

We deliver items like:

  • Perfumes
  • Clothing
  • Wallets
  • Dry fruits
  • Chocolates
  • Artificial flowers

Special Instructions

Delivery Delays

Failed Delivery & Responsibility

Customers must provide:

  • Accurate delivery address
  • Valid and active contact number

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Non-responsive recipient
  • Invalid phone number

Then:

  • Order may not be delivered
  • No refund or redelivery for perishable items

Refund Related to Delivery

Refunds are only applicable if:

  • We fail to deliver the order completely

No refund will be issued if:

  • Delivery is delayed due to external factors
  • Incorrect details are provided by the customer

If an order is delayed due to incorrect information:

  • It may be delivered the next day
  • Product freshness/quality cannot be guaranteed in such cases
