For items not directly produced by BKGIFTSHOPS.COM, any concerns or complaints will be shared with the respective vendor. We assist customers in communication and resolution according to vendor policies.

We work with reliable bakeries and suppliers across major cities. Customers are encouraged to select products based on their own quality preferences. For premium quality, we recommend ordering from well-known bakeries, branded outlets, or high-end vendors.

Products & Services Disclaimer

All product images displayed on our website are for reference purposes only. As we deliver across multiple cities in Pakistan, actual product appearance (including cakes, flowers, and gift arrangements) may slightly vary depending on the vendor and location.

While design variations may occur, we ensure that the quality and quantity of products match the description provided on our website.

Product Quality & Complaints Policy

BKGIFTSHOPS.COM offers products in different price ranges and quality levels. Customers should select items according to their expectations and budget.

Since many items are sourced from third-party vendors, we do not take direct responsibility for minor variations in packaging, color, or design.

Complaint time limits:

  • Perishable items (cakes, flowers, food): within 3 hours of delivery
  • Non-perishable items: within 24 hours of delivery

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • For perishable items, at least 70% of the product must be available

If a product is unavailable, we may replace it with a similar item of equal value.

Delivery Information

  • Standard Delivery (Free): 12 PM – 8 PM (Pakistan Time)
  • Same-Day Delivery: Order before 6 PM
  • Fixed-Time Delivery: Requires 24-hour notice (additional charges apply)

On special occasions (such as Eid, Valentine’s Day, etc.), deliveries are made between 11 AM – 11 PM, and exact-time delivery may not be available.

Midnight delivery and specific time slots are available in selected major cities with additional charges.

Although we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Product Display & Custom Requests

We provide delivery services in many cities across Pakistan. Product designs may vary based on local vendor availability.

Customers can add special instructions (such as messages, preferred flavors, or delivery timing) during checkout. However, fulfillment of these requests is not guaranteed.

For remote areas, non-perishable items may be shipped via courier within 5–7 working days, with extra shipping charges.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are confirmed and processed, as preparation begins immediately.

  • Orders requiring advance preparation may not be eligible for cancellation
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to verification or security issues

Refund conditions:

  • Refunds are only issued if the order is not delivered
  • Delivery delays due to external factors are not eligible for refunds

Order cancellation:

  • 100% refund if cancelled at least 24 hours before delivery (if not processed)
  • Refunds are processed within 20 working days

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or contact details, refunds will not be issued.

Delivery Issues & Responsibilities

Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including a valid phone number.

If the recipient is unavailable or unreachable, delivery may fail. In such cases:

  • Perishable items will not be redelivered or refunded
  • Incorrect address details are the customer’s responsibility

Substitution Policy

At BKGIFTSHOPS.COM, we always try to deliver exactly what you order. However, substitutions may be required due to availability or seasonal limitations.

Flowers

  • Similar color themes will be maintained
  • Alternative flowers of equal or higher value may be used
  • Vase/container may be replaced with a similar option

Plants

  • Similar plants may be substituted if unavailable
  • For special plants, we will try to match type but may vary color
  • Containers may be replaced with similar ones

Gift Items

  • Items may be replaced with similar alternatives of equal value within the same category

Cakes

  • Cake design may slightly differ from images
  • If the selected bakery is unavailable, another trusted bakery may be used
  • Flavor substitutions may occur if necessary

For combined orders (e.g., flowers + cake), delivery will follow the cake’s schedule.
